Loan Originators (entry level)


This position requires no experience and is a virtual position you do from your home office. The pay is based on commission only. Requires no experience at all, you learn as you go, its an opportunity to get your foot in the door and gain experience to move up and be more independent and someday have your own company if you wanted.  All you pay is a small fee for each loan you fund, which is taken out of your commission check.  There is no fee to join.  This job is perfect for anyone able to work part-time or full-time.  As with any business, you get out, what you put in.

 

 

Experienced Loan Officers

 

This position requires 5 years experience in the mortgage field and is a virtual position you do from your home office. The pay is based on commission only.   All you pay is a small fee for each loan you fund, which is taken out of your commission check.  You also have the ability to do real estate transactions for your borrowers!  We have transaction coordinators that walk you through the process!  You get your bio profile on Corporate website.   You have the option of processing the loans yourself (only if you are licensed) or have corporate do it for you.
